Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship all orders via Australia Post normal postal service. We will only ship goods within Australia. Please contact us for international shipment.
All goods ordered online will be shipped within 10-14 working days.
Delivery must be made:
- to the adult person who placed the order, or
- to another adult person at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, or
- if the delivery is not made on the same day as the order is taken or the sale is made, in accordance with the customer’s instruction
Unless specified in your delivery instructions beforehand, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. A calling card will be left and wine will need to be collected from your local post office. Dormilona and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

Perth & South West WA – $8.00
All other capital cities – $16.00
Country & TAS – $24.00
