Pinku is made in the typical Spanish style from Tempranillo & Merlot grapes. Hand harvested, a little whole bunch press & a little crush to catch some colour. A little barrel ferment & chilly tank to keep freshness. Simply racked once ferment finished, to blend & bottled.
