Hand harvest Chenin Blanc from our Yungarra vineyard. Whole bunch pressed direct to seasoned French oak. Full natural fermentation & malo with battonage. Once malic dry & ages to perfection simply transferred back to tank to for dosage of Chenin juice then hand bottled wearing a beret. Nothing but grapes.
