Aka is a bright colourful chilled red blend. Made from blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz & Cabernet. Design to drink with chilled with mates, perfect summer red.

Havrested from our Yungarra vineyard, then destemed into open fermeneters. Cold maceration for 3 – 5 days then pressed off to tank for chill ferment & natural malo. Simply racked to blend then bottle.
