This Pet Nat is crafted from the lovely Chenin Blanc. The fruit is sourced from the Pinelli Family vineyard middle Swan. Hand harvested & destemmed into opens for fermentation on skins for 10 days. Basket pressed off into tank for a cool finish, then transferred straight to bottle with a touch of sweetness. Sans sulphur.
