Tinto is made in the young nuevo style grown from certified organic Shiraz from Willyabrup. Simply harvested in the cool morning light, wild fermented in open bins then basket pressed off to tank before sugar completion. Natural malo, racked, blended & bottled. No additions, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.
