Rojo is a bright fresh juicy red. 60% Tempranillo 40% Shiraz from our Yungarra vineyard.

Fruit was all hand harvested & gently processed. Held on skins for a short period of time in eggs & open fermenters, before being pressed off to season French oak puncheons. Simply racked to blend then bottled.
