Made from stunning certified organic fruit from Willyabrup. Hand harvested then simply destemmed into a 800L Italian amphora & left to ferment naturally for 4 weeks. Basket pressed off skins & popped back into the amphora for settling. The hand bottled with love just in time to go with the festive season. Bright, fresh, crunchy plus did I mention delicious!
